What We Offer

One to One Training
During each session, your coach will guide you through a personalised workout that aligns with your goals.
You’ll be given the knowledge to execute good, quality movements correctly so that you can maximise your results and prevent injury.

Personalised Gym Plan
You’ll get a personal training plan every 8 weeks through our app.
The plan will be exclusively yours, focused on your needs, your goals, and any injuries or limitations.

Nutritional Guidance
By calculating a set calorie and macronutrient target that’s specific to your body, you won’t need to cut any foods from your diet.
Instead, you’ll eat what you enjoy within a set calorie target tracked on the MyFitnessPal app.

How do I get started?

GFit is based in Penarth, in the Vale of Glamorgan.

One session is just £30. To make sure you get the most value from our plans, we recommend you to commit to 4 sessions per month

Yes, your sessions include your personalised fitness and nutrition plan.

We know life is busy, so of course, if you need to cancel, you can. But cancellations within 24 hours of a session will not be refunded.
